1. Agreement to terms

By creating an account or using VELMARAQ ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

VELMARAQ helps service businesses import customer data and run automated Email, SMS and WhatsApp reactivation campaigns, and provides tools to track engagement and manually record recovered revenue.

3. Your responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the customer data you import, including having appropriate consent to contact those customers through each channel you use.
  • You must comply with applicable laws in your jurisdiction and your customers' jurisdictions regarding electronic marketing, including but not limited to consent, identification and opt-out requirements.
  • You are responsible for the content of messages you send, including AI-assisted or AI-generated content you choose to use.

4. No compliance guarantee

VELMARAQ provides tools intended to support compliant messaging practices (consent tracking, suppression lists, opt-out handling, sending windows) but does not guarantee compliance with the laws of any jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for your own legal compliance.

5. Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless stated otherwise.

6. AI features

VELMARAQ may use third-party AI providers to assist with content generation, opportunity scoring, and campaign drafting. AI-generated content and recommendations may be inaccurate or unsuitable and should be reviewed before use. VELMARAQ does not guarantee any specific outcome, including revenue results, from AI-assisted or automated features.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the Service, or use it for unlawful messaging.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VELMARAQ is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
